How will you feel this time next year??

We are not even a week into the New Year and I’ve already seen people on social media and heard my own clients express how guilty they are from the Xmas period.

Eaten too much

A lack of training

Feeling lethargic

Sound familiar???

To a degree I’ve felt the same, but we are all looking too short term.

If you have made good progress in 2016, then it is just a case of getting back on the horse and making even better progress over the course of the next 12 months.

If you are only starting this week, then now is the opportunity to get yourself set up with all the tools to smash this year.

Nice new trainers and a shelf full of supplements are all well and good, but educating yourself on the right things to eat and how to structure a training programme will be KEY to you succeeding by next Xmas.

The last 1-2 weeks has been and gone, don’t panic.

So much can be achieved in such a short space of time, my 6 week plans have proven that.
