Put yourself on the path to greatness, with our six week beginner’s workout plan.

Three different workout plans will guide you through a full body resistance training session alongside a short, sharp bout of cardio designed to aid in building lean muscle tissue and to burn away that unwanted body fat.

For phase 1 (weeks 1-3) concentrate on increasing the weight lifted as you will be going for less reps each week.

As you enter phase 2 (weeks 4-6) the idea is to now be lifting a heavier weight for the same amount as reps as you were in phase 1.
