  • After having the stark realisation I was getting married in 6 weeks and not being at all happy with how I looked, I decided I needed Scott's help. I signed up to the Fat Loss Camp where Scott sent me a nutrition pack and wanted to see everything I was eating! I used "My Fitness Pal" as a way of tracking my food and it made me realise what everything I ate was worth. I'm not going to lie, it was tough - there were days where all I thought about was eating crap, but as soon as I had my first weigh in and lost weight, I knew it was worth it! The next week I actually put on after being really careful and could have easily given up, but I didn't! I started to see results and my clothing got looser, this in turn made eating properly easier. I really cannot thank Scott enough for all of his help and support. I feel so much more confident and can't wait to show my new bikini body off.

  • For as long as I can remember I've been 12st 4lb and no matter how much I went to the gym, that never seemed to change. I decided I needed to do something about it and find my motivation and focus again. I approached Scott in April and booked 12 one to one personal training sessions. The biggest thing Scott has taught me though is nutrition and what to eat. I was clueless when it came to this side of things and wouldn't have even attempted to cook a meal by myself but with Scott's advice motivation (and a phone call to my sister to ask how to chop an onion) I soon became a masterchef too, cooking healthy meals from scratch instead of waffles and chicken dippers. I have just completed my first 12 weeks with Scott and am now 10st 9lb. I have gone from a size 14 to a size 8/10 which I never in a million years thought would happen. I am happier with myself now than I have ever been and am getting compliments from so many people about how much better I look.   • I first started working with Scott when I joined the Fat Loss Camp in February last year. After a bit of time off I started the Fat Loss Camp again for the last few months of the year until December and I’d lost almost a stone. I’d been away from the gym for the first few months of this year and I took up the online training in March. I had an incentive to lose weight, knowing that I was going on a weekend away with some friends and even though I wasn’t after a beach body, I wanted to feel comfortable in a bikini again. Although there’s still quite a lot of work to do to hit my target weight, I’m really happy with my results so far. It has been a difficult journey but I feel like I’m on the right track now, and I can’t thank Scott enough for everything he's done for me and for all the encouragement and support - especially over these past few months - and most of all for not giving up on me when I was about to give up on myself.

  • I will never be able to thank you enough for your support and help. I had not realised how much I disliked myself and was in denial regarding me weight and the impact it was having on my life. Ok, I have put the hour in the gym and stuck to your dietary advice, (well most of the time!) but it is your support and knowledge which has got me through. Being on holiday has woken me up to this. I now don't want to stop, like things like fitting into the aircraft seat comfortable and being able to get off a sun bed with having to be helped means so much.

  • I was always a bit worried about having a PT, but Scott made it really easy. He has pushed me to my limits even what I have said I can't do something. He always makes me try something which I don't think I can do, but I can when I try. He makes training different on a weekly basis and pushes me further each time. I did want to give up after the first session, but Scott didn't give up on me. He always gives advice where necessary and encourages you even when you don't have a PT session. The food plans are great and really easy to follow. I would recommend Scott to anyone in the gym. If he can succeed with me then he can with anyone!
