Who is this NOT suitable for?

  • Complete Beginners – I can certainly help you, but sorry this isn’t the package for you
  • The time restricted – As mentioned above, you are required to train a minimum of 4x per week and in the later weeks, even more. This is a must to ensure you get the results you deserve
  • People expecting me to do the work for them – I will give you my all to ensure you look amazing on shoot day. All I ask is that you implement the advice I give and ask questions when needed
  • The lazy! You will get out of this EXACTLY what you put in. If you want average then continue alone, or pay somebody else
